As if Chicago wasn’t already the greatest city in the world, it adds just a little more icing on the cake as it receives a ranking of #1 in the countdown of most haunted places in the United States. Specifically, the Congress Plaza Hotel located right on Michigan Ave in Downtown. As some of you may be aware, the Congress Plaza Hotel was home to the much of the “work” done by the notorious gangster, Al Capone.
