Local Grocery Store Embraces Season of Giving

With the season of giving right around the corner, my curiosity of the food waste and the donation process began to beckon. My previous experience in the food industry has exposed me to how food can be disposed of.  I witnessed that food was thrown in a compost bin, and then repurposed into a local garden.
